Nicole by OPI Roughles Collection Swatches!

Press Sample

Good morning, readers! Last week I showed you a simple tape mani using two new Nicole by OPI Roughles polishes. Today, as promised, I have proper swatches of the whole collection! These have a unique texture and the colors are so perfect for spring. I keep thinking of cute Easter Eggs and spring flower manis to do with these!

All of these swatches are two coats with no base or top coat. I've allowed the first coat to dry before adding the second coat. No issues with formula or application and I love them!!

Nicole by OPI Sand In My Shoe: "I 'beacha' just love this grainy golden yellow on me."
2 coats with no top coat.

Nicole by OPI I'm Stucco On You: "I terra-'cotta' have this textured purple on my nails!"
2 coats with no top coat.

Nicole by OPI On What Grounds? "Stop in the name of this textured turquoise beauty!"
2 coats with no top coat.

Nicole by OPI Rock The Look: "The edgy side of girly…a textured pink all your own."
2 coats with no top coat.

What do you think of this collection? I'm hearing mixed thoughts on the fact that these have no sparkle to them. I, personally, LOVE that they are so unique in my collection and know I'll wear them often. I've been wearing I'm Stucco On You for a pedicure since the day they arrived last week!

Nicole by OPI formulas are long-lasting, fast-drying, and salon-quality.  The 4 new nail lacquers will be available in stores beginning March 2014 for $7.99 each at retailers including select Duane Reade, Kroger, Kmart, Fred Meyer, CVS locations. In Canada, these shades will be available for $10.99 each at Shoppers Drug Mart, Jean Coutu, Rexall, Walmart Canada, Jean Coutu, Loblaw, and London Drug.

  2. I want these so bad. I drove around looking for them near me yesterday to no avail. I don't think I have been this anxious about a release in awhile. I also saw it looks like On What Grounds? is going to be in the March Ipsy bag as well. I am on the waiting list so I won't be able to get it :(

  3. I love them so much! Kiko Cosmetics just came out with a very similar collection which includes ten shades. I swatched a couple of them and fell in love with the colors and textures. They're something different!

  4. I don't usually like textured polishes that don't have sparkle, but the speckles in these make me like them.
