Good morning, readers! I have the Muppets Most Wanted Collection by OPI to share with you today. Eight new limited edition lacquers inspired by the new Disney movie that released last week. There are 3 glitter toppers that pair really well with the other 5 colors in this collection. The combinations are endless!
OPI Chillin' Like A Villain:
My evil plan… to get away with this precious, sheer nude.
The formula is a sheer crelly, so I'm showing 4 coats below with no top coat. There were still some uneven spots in person after 4 coats, but a gorgeous shade for layering nail art or glitter over.
OPI Gaining Mole-mentum:
Make your beauty mark with this shredded gold and pink chunky glitter.
Color me impressed with this shredded glitter topper. I haven't seen this yet from a mainstream brand, only indie brands, and it applied wonderfully. A gorgeous combination of metallic shreds. This is one coat over Chillin Like A Villain. I did use two coats of top coat to get some edges covered.
OPI I Love Applause:
This sheer, sweet pink deserves a standing ovation.
I was nervous this would be similar in formula to Chillin' Like A Villain, but it was more opaque. This is three coats with no top coat. A really pretty and soft pink.
OPI Let's Do Anything We Want!
There's no holding back this rose gold glitter with white confetti.
Another great formula glitter! I'm showing only one coat over I Love Applause with top coat.
OPI Int'l Crime Caper:
To miss this opalescent pearl would be the crime of the century.
I'm kicking myself for not getting a macro shot of this one. One coat was a gorgeous shimmer over my bare nails and I would have worn it that way. But, I wanted to see how two coats looked so that's what I'm showing below. No top coat. The shimmer is really gorgeous, this isn't just a pearly frost white like I expected.
OPI Muppets World Tour:
This white quartz with colorful sparkle is a global sensation.
The final glitter in this collection, and another amazing formula. I love the different colors of glitter mixed in with the silver. I'm showing one coat with top coat over Int'l Crime Caper, but I know it would look awesome over any other color in the collection.
OPI Kermit Me To Speak:
Listen up… I've got lots to say about this rosy mauve.
This is two coats below with no top coat. The color shift from purple to olive green was noticeable and there were minimal brush strokes.
OPI Miss Piggy's Big Number:
Stand back… Miss Piggy's on sapphire!
Two coats with no top coat below. Minimal brushstrokes, the first coat went on so sheer that I didn't expect two to be enough for full coverage but it worked.
What do you think of this collection? I really like a lot of them! Thanks so much for reading!
*The polishes in this post were sent for me to review with my honest opinion.
